​​PAYMENT OPTIONS​
Payment in full is required upon completion of the installation.
We accept cash and checks.

​WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants that there will be no leakage in the concrete structure for a period of 10 years, from the date of installation. This includes the seal where the two (2) units are joined.
The warranty does not include moisture that
may appear from time to time in the form of condensation, commonly due to temperature variations, humidity, etc. Neither does the warranty include water that may enter the structure through the door or ventilator.

INSTALLATION
We will call OKIE prior to installation and request a locate.
Installation will be completed in one day.
WE do not haul dirt away. If ordering a Flat Top there will be left over dirt to dispose of . Must have a place for the extra dirt.
Rock Clause… If rock is hit upon excavation, price may increase. Pricing will depend upon what type of rock.
Prices include complete delivery and installation.
